Kim was great to work with - even after I shunned her the first time for what I thought was a better offer - only to return to her a few days later with hat in hand begging for forgiveness and asking her to help me out because the other company (AmeriFreight) couldn't keep the commitments they made. She welcomed me back as a customer and took great care of me. The vehicle arrived a day or so early and Kim kept me informed throughout the process and delivered the vehicle for the price she said she would - no surprises!
