Kim is very responsible and prompt to return emails and calls during the whole car transportation process. I was delivering my car during holidays which is a bad timing. Kim has been very helpful and in the end I got my car right on time.

During the process, Kim kept me updated on the status of the delivery. (This is very important so that I don't feel things like "mmm where is my car?"/ "where is the driver?") She is much better than the company I used 10 years ago. I highly recommend Tru Auto Transport INC and will definite contact her again for our next car transportation.
