I am in the middle of my problem with this company. I was promised an Aug. 21st pickup and call by the driver. No call, no driver. It is now Aug. 23 and I am waiting for call from driver, or the company. On Sat, Aug 22 I called an spoke to someone who checked my itinerary and they said pick up on Aug. 22. Guess what, No pickup, no calls, etc.
My whole move was predicated around the pickup of the vehicle. My other move (household) is planned by quality company for Aug. 27. They have called an checked in a number of times.
Right now I do not trust this company and would not use them again. Joe promised me the world and called frequently to see if I would go with them. Once I did good by Joe. Then Nicole called to say Aug. 21 pickup day. I talked to her on Friday Aug 21 and she said maybe and if not tomorrow (Aug. 22). She did not return my afternoon call. On the weekend you can call and leave a message and someone will get back to you shortly. Yeah! I am still waiting.
I will report more, if and when this has an ending.
