Overall my experience with Bill was really good. He went out of his way to find me the best deal available for my needs. He got on the phone with carriers and allowed me to hear his negotiations and ask me right on the spot if I agreed with the quote. The vehicle was taken care of and there was consstant communication with the driver until delivered. Just make sure that the price you get quoted is in addition to the broker's fee.
