We hired these guys with them knowing my truck had to be out by May 16th, 2022.from a garage at a house that was for sale. The house sold, Transport Advisors LLC told us no problem and contracted a driver for us on May 14th, 2022. Driver took off and was on his way with another load to drop off before picking our truck up. Not only did the driver never make it to our truck but he had broke down in a small town and was stuck until Monday for parts! Our truck was not going to be picked up on time! Long story short, the company is still charging us $488 for fuel claiming they don’t control acts of god. Our truck was never picked up and they want us to pay fuel! It’s a nightmare with this company! My truck was never on that trailer and I’m being charged $488 for fuel! I wanted to give them zero stars but they make u give them at least 1 star to move on with this review!
