Transportation nite mare Charged for service never received !

Don’t pay for anything until they show up to get your car. On March They took the order from me and never showed up and charged my card for $450 dollars. The agent failed to show up on the promised date and time, we rescheduled for following day but they again failed to show up. It was a time sensitive project and they were very clearly aware of that. On the third day when i checked in the agent he replied to our message asking me picture of the fridge , (we were shipping car not fridge ) . So I went to schedule replacement service right away with another guys since I had no other choices and they showed up in half an hour. Then agent also messaged me that I would get charged because it was already scheduled. Scheduled for what ? More delays and not even knowing what they are shipping. What kind of service is this ? It’s been 4 months and we’re still struggling with our card company to dispute it. Highly recommend that you don’t use this service.
