I had an AWFUL!!! expirence with this company. My original pick up date was April 12. I set it up on April 9th and they told me that there was noo problem, they could have it picked up by then. Not only was it not picked up on the date, but when I called, they said that it would take 3-5 days to find a driver. I had to call almost everyday!!! No one would help me, no one EVER returned my phone calls. Finally, I was done with them and magically, they found me a driver. I set this up on April 9, and ddn't recieve my car until April 30!!!! Maybe they over looked me, I'm not sure. But I will never use them again. And I will never recommend them to anyone.
