These people are horrible when it comes to customer service and damage claims. The car was picked up on time and dropped off on time. However, there was damage to the car. By looking at the damage to the roof, it is exceedingly obvious that the driver was aware of the damage he did to the car. The car arrived filthy - as it would after 1700 miles on the truck, and we did not notice the damage immediately. We washed the car very quickly and discovered the damage. We called the driver immediately and were given the impression they would change the bill of lading. They did not. They told us to call Tonne Transport and we did. We called and called, to no effect, they never - not even after comlaining to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. Not one time did they feel the need to call us back. These people are crooks in my opinion. They are shady and the worst sort of business people. DO NOT USE THEM EVER! We are currently in legal processes with little hope of gaining anything at all from these people.
