I requested quotes for moving my 2008 Ford Escort from near Seattle, Washington to Southern California on Saturday and got a lot of email and a few phone responses. First thing Monday morning I got a call from Phil to follow up on his email. I had decided to go with another broker, but after talking to Phil I changed my mind. He was very helpful, courteous and professional, and explained the moving process in detail. We set a target date of the following Saturday for a pick up, and I told him the car was ready any time. In about 30 minutes he called back with an offer to pick up my car that same day if I could be ready. A driver from my town was going to Southern California the next day and had room for me. I was ready. I took my car to a collection site in the afternoon and it was loaded immediately onto the top of the carrier. The transport left the next morning, Tuesday, at about 4:00 AM. On Wednesday, the car was offloaded at my Son's house a bit before 4:00 PM, not even dirty. From the time I placed the order until the car was in my Son's driveway 1200 miles away was 3 days. No damage, no hassle, no effort. Great!
