Poor Service

Dispatcher (maybe owner) Tom is rude and barely speaks or understands English. Driver Eddie barely speaks English but it doesn’t matter because he almost never returns calls. Eddie also continuously has excuses why he is not on time, or why he must postpone pickup/delivery. Although I do have to say, Eddie is very nice in person unlike Tom.

When the car was late for delivery/drop-off I decided to call Eddie for a status of delivery time. Eddie never called back but Tom did. Tom had some lame excuse that the truck broke down in their yard and wouldn’t start. I found this to be very unprofessional and cheesy. Seriously, what are the chances one of these semi trucks that traverse the country on a weekly basis would just happen to break down in their yard. ..

Tom impressed upon me I should come pick it up (2.5 hours and 120 miles from where I live), but with no offer of discounting the price of $700. I paid for door-to-door pickup/delivery so I wasn’t about to go out of my way to pick up the car without a discounted rate. During this conversation I inquired why Eddie does not return calls, why my car was late, and the importance of informing customers when pickup and delivery times will be so that people don’t have to sit around all day waiting for them. This unjustifiably irritated Tom to the greatest extent. From that point on he was rude and overly aggressive in tone. After this conversation I was genuinely concerned my car would not show up in pristine condition. I have no respect for either of these two or their company. These guys are real losers…

I would have never heard from these guys, that they postponed the delivery unless I called them wondering where my car was. I had to pass up a beautiful sunny Sunday round of golf at Torrey Pines because of these assholes.

Remember T & N, customers make or break your business and the Internet enables them to not only review your service but to communicate their satisfaction to millions of other potential customers. You have lost my business forever and hopefully everybody that reads this post too…
