This follow up review has to stay in the negative rating category for what happened to my haul.

However, the negative initial review has changed from a negative to a positve in terms of personally getting a phone call from the owner; Mr. Stouffer.

The first review was a result of a driver for Stouffer Trucking wno negligently placed my prized low mileage Harley Davidson 2001 truck on his cross country hauling trailer "bumper to bumper," which caused damage to my rear bumper from the vehilcle he put against my rear bumper.

In the last few days I got a call from the owner of Stouffer trucking who says he had no idea I had a negative experience with his driver, and that my requested 100.00 to cover damages was "covered up" by people working for him (either haulers or people claiming to be the owner of Stouffer).

This weeks experience with Mr. Stouffer brought immediate positive results. Mr. Stouffer sent me a 100.00 check to cover damages I had shown in a scanned document as proof.

Whether the hauler who was negligent has quit or been fired by Mr. Stouffer, I have no idea.

Mr. Stouffer, in the long run needed to take responsibility for the very negative review I posted before this review. For me, he has done that, and I thank him very much. I would use Stouffer again, but only if I had personal one on one contact with Mr. Stouffer before approving my pick up and delivery. I believe as long as one if for sure they can talk with Mr. Stouffer at any time during the pick up and delivery, and afterwards if needed; Mr. Stouffer is a good man to do business with.
