Scheduled a transport from Philadelphia to Oklahoma after talking with susie. The confirmation date was 8-9-11 and Susie said she would process the order ad soon as possible. Several e-mails pass, no response to phone calls or e-mails. Around 8-23-11, sent e-mail requesting a re-fund or a dispute would be filed. Susie then called on the 23rd and blamed the earthquake and the upcoming hurricane on the shipping problem. I said just enough of this @#$%$## and requested a refund. I got it after threatening to file a dispute. I have a terminal med condition and needed the truck. I am now being charged a storage fee where I bought the truck, SO THANKS FOR NOTHING STATEWAY !!!
