More on my horrible experience

After posting my negative review ealier today, I received immediate phone calls and e-mails from the supervisor apologizing for my experience, which I appreciate. However in one e-mail she stated my refund had been processed last week and 3 minutes later, in another e-mail, she said she processed it today. I was then offered $250 to remove my negative comment. This is a quote from the e-mail I received: "I am asking to compensate you for the difference that you paid to the other company and if there was no difference I am offering to send you a check for $250. All that I ask in return is that you please remove your review for our company". It is easy to see why this company has few negative ratings, if any. To top this all off, I am now receiving calls from the personal cell phone of the initial rep (3 in the last 2 hours) stating Stateway is getting ready to fire her even though the supervisor said in her e-mail that the employees actions were intented to save me as a customer and that the other things that happened were due to technical difficulties.
