Greetings;

The move went exactly as described in the original quote...the car was picked up in time and dropped off on the day promised. The car was in good shape, if dirty from the trip...but then if I had been dragged across Texas on an open trailer I would probably be dirty too. My only complaint has to do with communications. I called the number listed and never got a call back, though in compensation Eric returned my emails within an hour. I think most of the bad reviews transport companies get are due to communications problems. Believe me, too much communication is way better than not enough. A transport company that calls/emails the client every day the car is in transit and states progress [should take 10 seconds] I think would quickly rise to the top of this business.

Anyway - 5 stars to you guys.
