I've never transported a car before, and was worried about what the cost would be, and how I could select a trustworthy company from the long list of transporters listed on the web. After some investigation, I selected Stateway Auto transport. I selected the right company!
The rate was lower than expected; customer service was prompt in their communications and clear in explaining the 'rules' etc. of transporting.
My level of satisfaction is rated a 5 of 5 - I thought everything went extremely well: pickup on requested day, the following day was delivery. Could not have been executed better!
I would use Stateway Auto Transport again, and encourage anyone else to use their services worry-free.
