I contacted Kathy about three weeks before the shipping date. I was a little worried about when they were going to pick up my car because they need a one week window for pickup. I contacted Kathy again about 1 week before my desired pick-up date and she managed to have a driver picked up my car on time on the date I preferred and delivered my car two days later at my new address. Great service!
