At first I was bombarded with text messages, emails, and phone calls when I enquired about transporting my classic truck across WA state. I received a call from a gentleman by the name of Sean who was very transparent about the process and was able to answer all my questions regarding the customer agreement and how everything would work. Transport brokers put out a listing for your vehicle to be picked up and dropped off and await for a transporting company to accept the listing. So don't be fooled when you get a low bid from a broker as it means nothing unless a reputable transporter accepts the bid. Make sure you're comfortable with the broker before signing a customer agreement as well. Sean went the extra mile to ensure I was aware of what I was getting into before signing the customer agreement and what to expect. A+
