This was my second time using these guys. I didn't hesitate using them again for my recent move. The whole process is stress free because they know what they are doing.
The delivery of my car was a couple of days later than the driver had estimated, but he was in touch with me regularly to provide me updates and apoligize for his delay so there were no surprises. He had given me his cell when he picked up the car, and whenever I wanted an immediate update I would call him, and he always answered.
Car was delivered in perfect condition.
How confident is SMS that they provide excellent service? They send all their customers an email requesting them to post on this site. That's confidence that they make their customers happy.
