Had a bad start........ I was bumped off original pickup at last minute due to a "surprise" larger size vehicle picked up before mine. Don Ferris & his team did what they had to do to make it right. My car was delivered in fine fine shape although a few days late. Throughout the transaction, communications with Don and his driver, Brad, were excellent. It could have been a bad experience, but we worked it out. I will use them again in the future.
