Excellent experience. I needed the car picked up as quickly as possible to get it into safe keeping. A contract driver was available to pick the car up almost immediately. Communication with Specialty Mobil was outstanding. They kept me updated on the pick up and the delivery date, which turned out to be three days early. Car was a little dirty from the open truck, but nothing I consider to be a problem and the driver said that he had washed some of the road dirt off the car before delivery. A loading dock was available and my husband and the driver rolled the car off the truck and onto the dock with no trouble. I would use Specialty Mobil again without hesitation if I need to ship another car.
