My experience with Specialty mobile was impressive. After making the first call, I could tell right away that they were a service oriented company. Tommy was upfront and informed me that due to the holidays it could take a little longer than usual. I did not have a problem with that because he was upfront about this. In the past I have dealt with another company who promised me a date and then finally two months later, when I received the vehicle, it was scratched. I was originally promised a 2 week time frame. I called them several times, as did my wife, to check the status and complain about the service. We were both treated poorly and unprofessionally and called obscene names. With Specialty we received far superior service, in fact, it was the exact opposite. What a huge relief to finally find someone who takes pride in their work! Anyway, Tommy got back to me within the hour of my first call to let me know that he should be able to have a carrier get the car to me in time. Not only did the car get to me in time, it was earlier than expected. The car came in 4 days from VA to CO!! Unbelievable. It was nice to finally deal with a company who was competent and considerate, as well as exceeding expectations. I have been lucky lately to deal with a company who even can meet expectations. For literally fast, reliable, best price, and excellent customer service.. don't use anyone else .. but Specialty Mobile!
