Beware of Specialty Mobile!

Speciality Mobile Systems initially was very intent on getting my business, they called me daily, religiously. I decided to go with them - taking into account how "customer focused" they were.

BAD CHOICE - after they got my CC number and charged the 145 dollar fee to schedule a transport to pick up my car - I got no phone call for about a week!

Things that went wrong:
1. I had to initiate all contact with them to get my car shipment date.

2. My car was 3 days late from the day they called to tell me my car was going to get there.

3. It came at 2:30 AM in the morning

4. IT CAME BACK DAMAGED!(Although they organized the Auto Transporter to pick up my car - they are NOT assisting in resolving my claim).

5. They faxed me the Auto Transporters Certificate of Insurance - and I was quite sure that based on this certificate that these people handled a legitimate business (BOY was I WRONG).

Even though my Bill of Lading has documented all damages done to my car with the driver's initials marked, I have pictures of my car before shipment and after shipment with the damages - STILL they are ignoring my phone calls and not helping in resolving my claim.

CONCLUSION:
I TRUSTED them in finding me a reliable transporting service - not only did the car come late but 1400 dollars of damages done to the hood of my car during the shipment process. Now I have to spend additional time filing a lawsuit against the transporter to regain the amount spent to fix my car.

IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO GET YOU SOMEONE TO ORGANIZE THE SHIPMENT OF YOUR CAR - PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Their website talks about trust - I trusted them and as result got a car in WORSE condition returned to me.
