Our truck was picked up in Enfield, CT exactly when promised. The driver, Max, stayed in contact with us and had told us our truck would arrive in Texas on Tuesday or Wednesday. He called us on Monday and said that we could meet him that evening!! He arrived very fast! There was a small amount of damage to our truck and Souza Transport stepped right up and sent us a check for repair/replacement. Overall, I would give this company very high marks for speed and customer service. Definitely would recommend!!
