Initially they have approached with promising quote which was sounds to me good deal compared to others and I was completely but a day before pick up twist, allocated driver cancelled my pick up, when talk to my broker he was telling that we will talk with other agencies and come back to me, unnecessary tension and quote increased. Levi Fisher the agent helped me complete the transport smooth but unnecessary tension and additional cost to me otherwise I would have given 5 star. I feel like last minute surprises to increase the actual quote.
