follow up on estimate???

Well just wanted to follow up on my bike that was shipped from NJ to NM. I see myself as a pretty fair and honest man and would like to give credit where credit is due. The initial p/u of my motorcycle was NOT handled in a timely manner as stated in my last email, but the delivery was smooth and the bike was undamaged. Also, the driver was great!!! Happened to be a motorcycle enthuasiast himself and took great care in delivering the bike. Also, to the people at Silva...you got me mixed up with another Mike, I do not work in the airline industry but thanks for getting my bike safely delivered. I have left an overall rating for this delivery.

Dear Consumers, Mikes bike was deffinatly handled in a timly manner and also recieved the highest level of customer service whenever calling our office to check status or with any concerns. Apart from a minor delay the driver experienced while in transit to pickup Mikes bike, it arrived at its destination in excellent condition. We apologize for any and all unforseen delays that happen in the transportation industry. We would like to thank Mike for his review and we "ARE" talking about the air stewardess Mike.
