I was on here a week or so ago displaying my anger and dissapointment with Silva Auto Transport. I ordered my vehicle moved 3/14/2005 it is now 4/8/2005 and I still haven't even had my car picked up from its origin. I have lost money and business time because of this company and I am upset very bad. I call and all I get is excuses and I am fed up with all the bull crap they keep saying. They are so quick with taking your deposit but so slow with service and honesty. I think your deposit should not be took until they book a driver but they won't have to worry about me because I refuse to recommend them and since I know and they know my cadillac will not be picked up in the next 6 days which will lead to 30 days of waiting and I want my refund. They say you get a full refund of your deposit but you only get 95 percent of it. I think if they ain't do no work they get no loot at all I don't care if its 3 dollars. Their website is misleading, they say a broker is better than a carrier, thats a lie. If you have 5 months to wait for your car then call Silva or another broker. Even then Silva may take 10 months to get your car picked up atleast. If you want your car within a week or two then use a carrier because they will get your vehicle to you instead of taking you thru the bull crap. I agree with alot of you who are writing the reviews especially Danyell because everything you have heard I have also heard. Now I gotta find another way to get my car to me and since its waiting in Massachusetts for its new home in Pa its all lonely and sad just like its owner. Silva I wasn't playing about the reviews if my car ain't atleast picked up in 6 days I am gonna write reviews all over the internet recommending your business as garbage, because thats what you all at Silva keep feeding us "GET MY VEHICLE". first excuse was delays, then money, now the new excuse told to me today is that the area where my car is ain't big on truck routes, I gives a damn you guys do guarantee one thing that is you will not give a full refund unless its been 30 days at least your honest about that. Better Business will have 8 complaints about this company. UPDATE - I'm still mixed up about this company

I recently acquired the services of Silva to transport this cadillac that I purchased in Boston. I was told that there would be a 1 to 5 day window for them to find a carrier, the order was placed on March 14th 2005 and as you can tell by this review, it is now March 29th 2005 and my vehicle still hasn't been picked up. I understand that there can be weather delays and no ones knows what to do once mother nature puts the smack down, but I want my vehicle I fullfilled my part of the bargin and now it is almost 3 weeks and I don't even get a call from them saying that their still working to get my car. I leave messages for them but it seems they only call you back if your seeking their transportation services. I will leave a review on this board every two days with the same rating until my vehicle is picked up and delivered to me. The rating will be lowered if my car is not here within the 30 days they give you. I am not at all pleased with the customer service that they show, and I am very dissapointed in this transportation company. I have seen other reviews where people have had their vehicles picked up in like 2 days, I want mine picked up now. This big delay they keep saying is destroying my plans and business as we speak. I don't think anyone should have to wait 30 days for a full refund, I believe that if your car ain't picked up in two weeks full monies shall be due to the customer no questions asked. So I say to you Silva I sent my deposit now get me my vehicle. I am alittle upset right now and this long wait has brought about some depression because I paid for a car and its still in Boston and its only coming to Pittsburgh. I just printed the directions to where my vehicle is and if I have to go to Boston to get my vehicle I will leave a very very bad review for Silva minus abusive language, I'm not that type of person but the review will be unpleasantly professional. I WANT MY CAR.
