summited my form and paid using paypal. I had to call everyday after 6 day if they had schedule a driver to pick up the vehicle, then when I inform them that i wanted my money back, right away they said a driver was assign and no refund. The next day I found out it was sub-lease to another company, when i call that company they said a driver was not yet assign. It took 3 weeks for me to receive my vehicle which the driver did not know how to get to my house. I do not recomment Silva which offers no call backs on status.
