STAY AWAY FROM THESE JOKERS..

Why.. Why didn't I came to this site to see review on showtime. I could have avoided lots of trouble.. So here is my story..

First I get quote from Luis on extension 150. The quote looked attractive so I booked it.. In the contract I put it down that the car must be removed in 10 business days or a storage fee of 20 per day will be charged. Also confirmed with Luis directly via email that the car must be moved in 10 days.. I was told no problem, thats plenty of time..

5 days went by and the car was not picked up, so I called them and to my surprise Luis don't work there any more but the supervisor Conrad promised me that it will be picked up in next few days. 10 full business days went by and the car was not picked up. So now I was getting charged $20 per day it was not moved out. I called Conrad and told him that I am not going to pay for this storage fee since I clearly wrote down in contract that the car must be moved in 10 business days from booking. He said no problem, we will take care of it.

Additional 7 days passed by and they finally got someone to pick up the car but now they want $50 more then what I was originally quoted. I was tired by now so I said OK I will pay you the 50 dollars but get the car moving. So the drive goes to pick up the car but they will not release the car to him since there were $140 storage fee. I told the driver to call Conrad and and ask him for it. So Conrad calls me and asked if I can pay thru my account and Showtime will send me check in mail. So I asked him to put that in writing to me. He did that and I paid the storage and the car was on the road.

So now I thought my ordeal was over but it didn't stop there. When the car arrived at my door I took a walk around and found heavy scratches and scuff marking on rear bumper. I asked the drive that how did this happen, he is like I don't know. You have to call my boss and talk to him. So I took some pictures while it was on the truck. Now it was time for taking the car down and the driver said the car doesn't start. I told him it was running when it left NJ, he is like you have to call my boss if you have any question. I am just a local drive who is bringing the car to you. So we pushed the car out and I signed the paper and paid the guy.

Once on ground I try jumping the car but it won't start. I also noticed that the gas tank was bone dry and I know for fact that just 25 days ago the car had almost 3/4 full tank gas. Those f*****s took the gas out of my car. I said oh well no big deal but why the heck the car won't start. Looked in little more detailed and it turns out those bastards took the connector off form starter so the car won't start and therefor I won't find out that they took the gas out of the car.

So I called the driver's boss (Tony) to complain about the damage and missing gas. He flat out told me that I didn't hire him so call Conrad and talk to him.. So I called Conrad and he transfers me to him manager name Adrian. Adrian gave me their insurance info to file a claim. Which I did and the agent told me that they don't have coverage and they can not pay me to fix the damages to my car.

Almost 2 months has not passed and I still did not received the $140 so I called Showtime again and now Conrad don't work there anymore. So asked to transfer me to the supervise, I spoke to guy name Bert and he said they will mail the check out this Friday. Days turned in weeks and weeks in to months.. Today is August 17 and I had booked with Showtime on February 8. I still have not got the 140 I was promised.

I finally decided today to call my credit card company and asked them to revert the 150 I paid as deposit when I booked the transport.

BTW.. I have all the emails and I also recoded some of the phone calls with them that I can share if anyone is interested.
