After selling me the contract sting driver in the area and charging my Credit card for their fee I was told that truck would be picked up on Mon 8/6/12, The next 7 days resulted in one reason or another for failure to pick up the truck. each day I was told they would call back that day I never got a call back from anyone I called them each morning and each time they told me they call me back that day. On the 8th day I called to cancel and look for another company I was told that they had a driver but it will cost me another 125.00. I got the drivers number and talked with him, he was charging them more that they allowed, after talking with him I agreed to let him pick it up( he was very helpful).
my truck will be here in the morning.
I would never even call these guys for a quote much less use them, in my opinion they low balled the price to get their commision then hoped someone would pick it up. very unprofessional . as you can tell I am not very happy with them my next comments will be with Better business bureau in Miami Fl. I hope this gives another customer something to think about before they sign a contract with Showtime. Bill
