Lies and broken promises

The customer service department is a bunch of lying neanderthals. I used this company in November and in process I was promised a $50 discount and given an updated invoice. A couple days after I had signed the agreement I had found a lower quote through another company and Showtime Transport would not let me out without taking my $150 deposit. So they offered the discount of $50. The difference in sum was supposed to be given to the driver upon delivery. The driver was never given an updated invoice and when the vehicle was delivered to my relatives house they requested the full amount. I spoke to showtime transport and they said that they would simply send me a refund check. Well I was never sent a check and I was passed around to different people in the customer service department. They lied several times saying they would send me a check and then eventually did not honor it because the updated invoice they sent me was never signed. They used that as an excuse to get out of it.

My car pickup was rescheduled 4 times and was picked up 5 days after initially promised. Do not use this company if you car at all about customer service or value principality. You are better served driving your vehicle yourself then using these crooks!
