Service was as promised. Car was picked up on time and arrived on the opposite coast in only a week. Customer service from HF was prompt in responding by phone to questions and I never felt that I was being less than fully informed. Car was dirty, but it was exepected since I useed an open carrier. Would use HF again if I need the service.
