Tom was very helpful and attentive to my needs and questions. The origin and destinations were two points on a "very lonely road", and Tom let me know that it would take time and perhaps additional $ to get the car moved... and this proved to be true. Tom answered all my questions and concerns very quickly... normally within an hour. Thank you!
