This was the first time I had ever had a car transported and was very nervous about the venture. I did a lot of research on this website and comparing reviews against BBB ratings and found that Honesty was my best bet. I had requested quotes from about ten companies, and Honesty had one of the better quotes. Initially, I was worried that a good quote might have meant bad service, but that was not true with Honesty.
David was very clear and helpful and gave me the contact number for the truck driver immediately after my car had been assigned to a carrier. After that, I only dealt with the driver who was courteous and on time. I have read in other reviews how the driver will call often to update the owner, but my driver didn't. That didn't really bother me because in the end my car got to me in a timely manner with no damage.
