David was great about explaining the process and letting me know about what things were beyond the company's control, i.e. the condition of the road. I was impressed with Jim the driver at Dusk till Dawn Transport. He was good about calling and giving us his contact info. And he really seemed to know his stuff. I was also pleasantly surprised when he got my son's car to Michigan on the day he promised since the weather had been so bad. They made contact and set up a place to meet near his home. My son was happy with the condition of the car. We will definitely ship again!
