I sent my car from St Louis to Seattle. Initially received lots of support. However, closer to my date of shipping, the person in charge of my order was out of office, so it's super hard to contact her. After 2-3 days trying to reach Ship A Car directly with about 6-8 calls back and forth, I was assigned another person to help. He's super resourceful. We then got a carrier (Puget South) but the price was like 25% higher than initially quoted. Ship A Car Direct has helped me to offset partially the cost, so super helpful there. The car arrives perfectly, no problem. Except for the time I was trying to get the carrier to pick up and hassle around finding another person to cover for the first agent, everything went well. Hence 4 stars.
