I had great experience in shipping my car with "Ship a Car Direct". Their representative, Mike, was awesome in keeping updated. Only reason for one less star is the additional time taken to find a shipper. But all thru the challenge, Mike was very responsive and kept me informed on what kinds of alternatives he was planning.
As soon as he found the shipper, car was picked up and delivered ahead of the schedule. Even the driver was very cordial and mindful of the previous delay (even though he was not responsible for it) and did everything to ensure car was delivered sooner.
Would definitely use them again and will be happy to work with Mike.
