My overall experience was amazing. Renee was helping me throughout the whole process and was absolutely great, always accessible, friendly and helpful. Car was picked up and delivered as scheduled without any hiccups. I will be shipping my other car through Ship a Car Direct also. I could not have expected a better experience!
