I was pretty worried about shipping my car across country (NJ to CA) because I'd never done anything like this before. I'd also read a lot of bad reviews and horror stories about other companies so I was pretty wary when choosing a company. I chose ship-a-car because it had really good reviews and made me feel the most confident (especially with the videos). I received a reasonable quote (some companies quote really cheap and then increase the price on you last minute) and then talked to Jennifer who answered all my questions and helped me feel more comfortable with the process. I was matched with S&N Trucking Express who were super nice and very timely with my order. I called them to confirm after I was matched with them and then they called me the day before pickup with a pickup time-frame, the day of pickup (~30min before and then when they arrived) and the same on delivery. They came at the exact times they said they would and my car was in good shape! Very glad I used Ship-a-Car
