We had 2 cars in the San Francisco Bay Area that needed to be transported to Western North Carolina. We compared shipping companies and chose Ship-A-Car Direct due to their website which gave much helpful information about the process and their previous reviews. Our contact person, Lauren, was very helpful, explained all involved in brokering the shipment from costs to what to expect and maintained contact with us through the whole process. Coordinating with the transport company and driver went smoothly. It took less than a week from contracting for the shipment to receiving the cars at their destination. I would definitely use them again.
