Overall, my experience with Ship a Car Direct was good. The only hiccup was that the driver didn't pick up on time and there was a lot of calls to follow-up. Overall, the team was quick to respond and help me through my situation. Highly recommend to leave at least 2-3 days for buffer when it comes timing wise.
