I've used other companies in the past with very mixed results. Ship-a-Car-Direct was the best experience by far. From quote, to scheduling, to pick-up, and delivery the whole process was very professional and customer-focused. They picked up when they said they would and delivered exactly on time (with no issues), can't ask for more than that! I will definitely be a repeat customer.
