I used Ship a Car Direct for transporting my car from Austin, TX to Queens, NY. This was the first time I ever transported my car and was nervous about the whole process. I looked at different companies but I was most assured by their customer service. I called them on a Wednesday needing the car to be picked up before the following Tuesday. They got hold of a transporter to pick it up on Friday and estimated delivery on the following Wednesday. The car was delivered on Thursday, 1 day late, but that wasn't an issue for me. My biggest priority was for it to be picked up before I left Austin. John was the representative who handled my order and he was there every step of the way. There was constant e-mails and text messages instructing me what to do and keeping me informed of the status of my order. Before the car was picked up, they have an app to send pictures of the car so that in case there is any damage, you have proof and they have proof. Overall, this nerve-wracking experience was made reassuring by Ship a Car Direct. Would recommend them to anyone I know.
