First time shipper. I had a car shipped from Northern California to Phoenix Arizona. The process was easy and everything went smoothly. Ship a car direct website is well organized and informative. I like the short videos they provide on the shipping process. My agent was thorough and professional. And the privately owned auto transport company they set me up with delivered the car fast without a hitch. The only con is I thought the price was a little high compared to other trucking companies, but they found a transporter quickly and the car arrive within a couple days With no issues or delays. So I guess you get what you pay for. Overall I am very satisfied and would use Ship A Car Direct services again.
