Positives: 1. The paperwork is quick and simple both at the pick up and delivery, but I guess that depends on the specific carrier that picked up my order; 2. Quick on email and phone reply. Negative: 1. After I obtained a quote and before I submit my order and pay the deposit, they sent in a lot of advertisement emails. 2. The pick up and delivery dates were fixed only a few days before the first possible day of delivery and the actual pick up time only on the same day. But I think this is mostly due to the carriers.
