Used Ship A Car Direct to transport our Honda CRV from NJ to AZ. We were assigned Umbrella Auto Transport as the carrier. Everything went smooth with pick up and delivery. Pick up was a little late but the driver kept us informed of his estimated time. Delivery was also in time. Driver was always in contact with us on his arrival for the delivery. Drivers were very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely use Ship A Car Direct if we should need to transport our vehicle again. Thanks.
