I had never shipped a car before and did not know what to expect. For one thing, I thought I could call and have them come and get it in the next day or two, or that I could take it to them. For another I did not know that you went through a broker.
It makes sense now. They need to find a truck that is going to where I want to send the car, and depending on the location it may take some time to find one.
I chose Ship a Car Direct after doing some research on line and reading there reviews. After talking to Matt on the phone I felt like I made a good choice.
I did make a good choice, I'm happy with there service and would use Ship a Car Direct again.
