The videos on the web site regarding advance notice and pick up / delivery from address to address are not what will really happen. The incompatibility of the multi vehicle car carrier truck/trailer with typical suburban neighborhoods means you will likely be asked to bring your vehicle as far as 30 miles from the pick up location which then requires 2 vehicles and drivers. My brother walked 4.5 miles home after the pick up at a strip mall. The availability of drivers is variable and even the notion of being able to select a particular day a week in the future was not a reality - it was more like the driver will be there next Tuesday and will call you an hour before they get there. To be clear, everyone involved was very nice, everything worked perfectly, I would ask for their help again, but the sales pitch videos paint an unrealistic picture which may lead to frustration and irrational expectations.
