I was not expecting my car to be picked up 20 days after the original pick up date. I started to feel uneasy and unsure if I had made the right decision, thinking my car may never get picked up this month. If I would have been told that it could take more than two weeks long, I may have been a little more comfortable while waiting. Also, the cost was $25.00 more than I had hoped for, but Scott did notify me prior about that possibility. I feel that Scott did his best to get me the best price- and I greatly appreciate it!
