This is a great service to use. They will connect you with a company that's going exactly where you need it to go. The only thing is that the company they connect you with probably won't be as reliable as Ship-A-Car Direct itself. Everyone from Ship-A-Car was helpful, prompt and responsive. I can't necessarily say the same about the company that wound up transporting my car. It was hard to get in touch with them and the English was not amazing, making it difficult to coordinate. That said, my car got where it needed to go with no damage done, and it cost about $100 less than the original quote. Overall, I was very happy with only a few barriers to me rating my experience at 5 stars.
