The driver communicated with me approximately 7 hour prior to delivery, he anticipated arriving to my location around 6:00pm. At 7:00pm he hadn't arrived so I called him, he was polite and courteous and explained that he had been delay in traffic but he would be at my location by 8:00pm. My car arrived at 7:45pm and appeared to be in good condition. The car was fairly clean considering it had been on a transport trailer for almost a 1000 miles. Care for the vehicle was evidenced by the plastic placed on the seat and paper floor mates. Overall I was satisfied with the transport company as well as the broker "Shipacardirect".
